Event Terms & Conditions
Any person purchasing a ticket to or attending Death Dinner Party agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
Refund policy: Death Dinner Party will offer a full refund when notice is provided in writing to email@example.com. No refund can be given for cancellations within 14 days of the event. Tickets are fully transferable and can be used by an attendee of your choice. If you do transfer your ticket, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can update our records.
Tickets: Tickets are not provided or necessary for Death Dinner Party events. You will be provided with confirmation via email however you do not need to bring this with you to the event as we will simply have your name at the door.
Image release: We often take photographs at events for marketing purposes. By attending an event, you are giving Death Dinner Party permission to use images in which you may be present. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news and online/multimedia, purposes by and for Death Dinner Party. Attendees agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from Death Dinner Party in respect of their image/likeness or its use. In addition, these images may be shared and stored on third-party platforms. Should you not wish to appear in any images, please notify the photographer at the event or email email@example.com.
Privacy: Death Dinner Party cares about your privacy and will never share the information you provide directly to Death Dinner Party through www.deathdinnerparty.com with a third party.
Harmony: Death Dinner Party reserves the right to refuse admission or evict a ticket holder if they are engaging in inappropriate behaviour that compromises the health, safety, welfare or enjoyment of staff or attendees.
Event Content: We reserve the right to make changes to the program of an event, for example to timings and/or speakers if one of the advertised speakers is unable to attend. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel your place.
Our Liability: Event attendees shall be required to keep their personal belongings with them at all times and we accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss (including, without limitation, theft) of any property occasioned on our premises or at external venues save for any damage caused by our negligence in which circumstances our liability shall be limited to the amount of our insurance for such losses.
